Reservations

The product will be kept to a 2-day fast even faster after the date of the reservation. If no new information beyond the scheduled transfer through the shop (Tab: payment) it will cut off your booking without prior notice.

Product exchange or refund

Or order a replacement or return the other items in case they can't wear it or not wear it myself. And will not take care of the consignment.

Claim

If the product is faulty. We are very pleased to replace a new item. However, this claim will be determined within 7 days after receiving it. The excess of the restaurant reserves the right to claim the goods.

So ask all customers to check goods immediately upon receipt.

The claim must be notified of items via the web message size only. Attachments to the area with the item. When we receive a message I will call back as possible.

Refunds

We will do a full refund if there is a problem with the list can’t be changed for new customers only.
